More than 350 exhibitors from 22 countries will take part

From 14 to 16 February, Inter Expo Center will host the International Tourist Fair "Holiday  and SPA Expo". This is the 35th edition of the forum, where more than 350 exhibitors from 22 countries will take part. The official opening was attended by Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova, Deputy Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia Renata Pinjo and Ivaylo Ivanov, Manager of Inter Expo Center.

 "We will continue to support this international forum and build on it," said Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova. She reminded that tourism promotes peace. "New relations, opportunities and contacts will be created at this fair," she added, informing that the sector contributes with 13% to Bulgaria's gross domestic product.

"Tourism is a global phenomenon. It integrates people and nations  reciprocally  , "said Renata Pinjo, Deputy Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia. During the forum she described Bulgarian-Serbian partnership as the "crown of good neighborly relations".

Established as the largest forum for Bulgarian tourism sector, Vacation & SPA Expo annually brings together hundreds of exhibitors and more than 20,000 professionals from the tourism industry. Among the participants there are national tourist organizations, associations and societies, tourist companies and agencies, hotels, spa resorts and spa centers, municipalities, educational institutions, transport organizations, software companies and companies hotel equipment.

The first day of the exhibition is open only for professionals. The remaining days have free access for visitors. A number of presentations will be delivered during the forum, that can be freely attended by all visitors.

The organizer of "Holiday & SPA Expo" is PRIM EXPO. The event is under the patronage of the Ministry of Tourism and is organized in partnership with Sofia Municipality, BHRA, BATA, ABTA, BTC, AEB, BSPSPA, Association “Tourism”, Sofia Tourist Council.

The forum is accompanied by an extensive accompanying program, which will discuss topical issues of the sector, company presentations, presentation of new programs and new technologies.
