From March 27th to 29th, at Inter Expo Center in Sofia there will be held the only specialized exhibition in Bulgaria focused on the water sector.
This year's 12th edition of the Water Sofia forum will present over 100 Bulgarian and international companies that will demonstrate a wide variety of products and technologies for water extraction, purification and distribution. Besides the most modern technologies, the event will also focus on key issues concerning the development of the branch not only in Bulgaria but also in Europe.
This year the exhibition enjoys a strong international interest and brings together companies with direct participation from Germany, Austria, Italy, Turkey, Romania, Croatia and Slovakia. At the only B2B event with a similar focus, the companies will present a variety of solutions for industrial use and wastewater treatment, urban and industrial applications.
Part of the profile of Water Sofia also includes the relevant equipment for monitoring of water supply networks and location of leaks, construction and maintenance of installations in greenhouses and district heating companies, measurement, regulation, analysis, etc.
An additional focus in the program of the forum is the 10th International Bulaqua Conference, organized by the Bulgarian Water Association (BWA). It will be held on 27 and 28 March and the topical subject is "Investment Challenges to the Water Sector - Innovative Solutions and Financial Strategies". The discussion includes representatives of the Bulgarian government, the Union of Water Supply and Sewerage Operators, the World Bank, and the European Research Center. The event was also enriched by an additional workshop on wastewater management in the countries of the Danube basin.
Water Sofia 2018 will again present some of the best systems for urban and industrial applications, trenchless technologies, infrastructure construction and equipment of hydro-equipment, greenhouse installations, measurement and regulation equipment for laboratory analyzes, engineering solutions and many others.
